QUALITY MEDICAL GROUP (QMG) is a National service organization that was formed in 1997 to meet the changing needs of the Healthcare industry. The partners originally founding QMG have each serviced the industry for an average of over 15 years. In the aggregate, we have over sixty years of experience in fulfilling the needs of our clientele. With three regional hubs and three service centers we provide services, education and products to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and health centers.

· Employees: QMG is currently employing over 35 equipment service technicians, our technicians are manufacturer trained and certified.

· Recruiting Initiatives: QMG has developed a co-op program with DeVry University. We have been working together for the last 4 years. This agreement has been very successful; it allows QMG the benefit of evaluating 2 to 3 technicians at a time and hiring the best of the group. This agreement has also given us the ability to grow our work force while keeping up with our company growth rate.

· Customer base: QMG is currently providing services to hospitals, nursing homes, surgery centers, home care companies and rehabilitation facilities. We have equipment pick-up/drop-off and on-site service that covers NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD and VA.

· Service offerings: Our depot repair facilities are the heart and soul of our business. We offer a one week turn around time on most depot repair work. We service ventilators, monitoring equipment, IV equipment and all general biomed equipment. Our field service division offers whole house biomed programs to the hospital environment. These programs come complete with technicians, tools, software and management personnel. We sit on various committees within the hospitals and become an integral part of their facility.

· Education: We are currently offering CEU credits for respiratory therapists. Our licensed respiratory therapists will go to the customers’ site and provided education on respiratory products and services. This is an extra value service for our customers.

· Products: This area is the newest venture for QMG. For the last year we have been trialing respiratory based products that fit our company profile and service initiatives. The products based business is a new area that we are very excited about.

· Continued growth: While providing products, services and education to over 350 customers, we are in a very good position to offer a one stop shopping concept to our customers. This concept allows us to become partners with our customers.

· Equipment: QMG is a national authorized service center for the Pulmonetics ventilator products. We are also certified on Respironics, Siemens Medical, Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Bear Medical, Hewlett Packard Systems, and many more.

QMG has seen exponential growth providing repair service to the healthcare community throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. It is with this growth and the respect of our clientele that we have managed to provide the highest level of medical equipment management services to facilities and companies in this region. Our offerings include both in-house field service work, or pick up and delivery programs. These customized programs include detailed equipment service records in order to meet or exceed industry accreditation standards.
