Do I need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to ship equipment in to QMG for repair?
- No RMA number is required. All we need included with your equipment is documentation containing your name, phone number, fax number, email, and company name so we can contact you with an estimate.

Why have I not received my equipment back?
- To complete all repair work, QMG needs a signed copy of the estimate we sent to your facility faxed back to us with a Purchase Order (PO) number. To verbally approve an estimate that you have received from QMG, please call our office at (908) 226-0444.
